TERMS & CONDITIONS
PERMANENT MAKEUP TREATMENTS
Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment.
- Klarna/Clearpay available – but this must be arranged prior to your appointment so a payment link
can be sent. All payments must be made in advance before treatment goes ahead.
Touch-Ups
- Permanent makeup is a two-step treatment.
- Your 4–6 week touch-up appointment is essential to complete the results.
- If not booked within this timeframe, additional charges may apply.
- In some cases, a third appointment may be required depending on personal healing. If needed,
this is charged at £50.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% of the balance due.
- No-shows = full balance due.
- Running more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and classed
as a no-show.
Suitability
- You must be 18+ (ID required at first appointment).
- All clients must complete a medical/consent form before treatment.
- PMU is not suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of
drugs/alcohol.
- I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I feel it is unsafe or unsuitable.
Results & Aftercare
- Every skin type heals differently – results cannot be guaranteed.
- Following the given aftercare is essential. Failure to do so may affect your healed results and will
not qualify for free corrections.
- No refunds are given once treatment has been completed.
Gift Cards
- Valid for 3 months.
- Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

- Email/text reminders are sent automatically but it is your responsibility to attend at the correct

- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the course unless a finance plan has been
arranged.
- Klarna/Clearpay available – but this must be arranged prior to training so a payment link can be
sent. All payments must be made in advance before training goes ahead.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made within 21 days of the course = no refund.
- No-shows result in full loss of all fees.
- Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.
Models
- Students are responsible for bringing their own models unless otherwise agreed.
- If a model cancels/no-shows, the training will continue without them and no refund will be given.
Certification
- All students will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of their training days.
- A full Certificate of Competence is only awarded once all case studies (if required) are
completed and assessed to a satisfactory standard.
- Licensing and insurance remain the responsibility of the student.
Course Materials
- Manuals and resources are for personal use only.
- Sharing, copying, or teaching my materials is not permitted.
- Filming is not allowed unless agreed beforehand.
Liability
- Students are responsible for their own work on models during training.
- I am not liable for any treatments carried out by students after certification.
Right to Refuse
- Training may be refused or ended if a student behaves inappropriately, breaches health & safety,
or shows unprofessional conduct.
